For purchases through Paddle, submit a withdrawal or refund request directly to Paddle buyer support. This applies to annual licences and monthly subscriptions. Statutory withdrawal rights are separate from ordinary subscription cancellation.

Annual licences end automatically after twelve months and do not require cancellation.
sportimization records your declaration and then processes it manually in Paddle. The receipt does not yet confirm a change to your Paddle subscription. We confirm the actual end date after processing.
